Have you ever been to a local place where you felt relaxed and wouldn't want to leave?

Have you ever been away from the modern world specifically technology and social networking sites for more than 3 days and didn't bother to worry?

Well, obviously I went on a trip, and that trip was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing venture I've experienced.
