Style Spot 2: Cavite Field Trip

Sunday, August 05, 2012

We had a field exposure yesterday, August 4, 2012, at the Center for Ecozoic Living and Learning in Cavite. It's a really nice place to relax and lear new thing about protecting and saving the earth, conserving and preserving nature, recycling, and reusing trash, etc. There are lots of different plants surrounding the area and we were not allowed to bring alcohol, Off lotion, sanitary wipes or any anti-bacterial things because they take care of a very unique bacteria that helps keeps the place healthy and alive.

I spotted some of my friends and other people that were with us at the trip and took a good look at their outfits for the bipolar weather because it was raining, then it became sunny, then windy, then sunny, then it rained again. A weird weather to spot fashionable looks.

JANINA SUAREZ

DLS-CSB  BS ARCH

Janina matched an aztec print cropped top with a plain black hoodie and black leggings. And the all-black Vans completed her look. Her style is a very safe style that would be suitable for a stroll to the mall, the a walk at the park, a training at a dance studio or a field exposure at a farm, lol. She also has a great sense of swag in her, well being a dancer and all, it comes naturally.

FELIX MONAKIL

Felix is also wearing a sporty casual outfit but his outfit is more of a varsity player type with the college style red hoodie, navy blue sweat pants and his white Crocs. I envy his Crocs, I wish I wore one because it looks very comfy and easy to move with, and its suitable for the farm especially with the wet season.

 TOPHER MEDRANO & KEN SINGZON
DLS-CSB  BS ARCH

Topher and Ken's style are neat preppy casual look. Topher's striped Polo shirt looked good with the Lacoste Jacket, the jacket added color and style to his outfit. Brown khaki shorts and blue topsiders went well with his outfit, very smart casual. Ken's style is a very plain casual look. A navy blue v-neck shirt, dark brown khaki shorts and gray plimsolls looks good and comfy on him. Together they look good because of the color palette of their outfits.

KRISTEL TOMENIO
DLS-CSB  BS ARCH

Kristel's outfit is ironically chic. Her outfit can look good in a picnic, hiking, mall, beach, etc. A black sheer top and a short denim shorts is a good match and she looks comfortable in it even if its a cold weather. Her shoes suited the place, it's like a Crocs type of material but looks like a plimsoll sneakers, really cute and looks comfy. Her Longchamp bag added style to her outfit as well.

HANNAH BANTOC & COLLEEN MACAGBA
DLS-CSB  BS ARCH

A very casual look for Hannah and a sport look for colleen. Hannah''s gray cardigan caught my eye and looks good with the skinny jeans. Colleen's black jacket looks really corporate that is a jersey material that goes well with leggings and her shoe (like Kristel's).  Their smiles brought glow to their look.

ELIZA DEL CASTILLO (left)

Eliza's look is also a very casual look. Here aqua colored cardigan matched really well with her faded washed jeans. Okay, so i don't know the name of the other girl wearing orange but her Leopard print jacket is really nice.

ARKELL CHUA
DLS-CSB  BS ID

I didn't have a full body shot of Arkell but he really look like a korean artist. His hair is a light brown color int he sun and his pale skin made him look good wearing anything. His gray pullover matched his skin tone and body built and his bag is really cute, like a tourist bag with leather accents.

PJ ALMERA

My style is just a plain sporty casual because I know that the weather is very bipolar and I needed to wear something comfortable and suitable for the weather. I'm wearing a printed shirt, layered with a pale red/pink hoodie jacket from Topman, a navy blue sweat pants with gartered ankles and black Vans

Here are some more photos from the trip.

It was a really fun and tiring day. :)
